Professor MEI is our visiting professor of Croucher Foundation Visitorship for PRC Scholars.
Professor MEI is a Professor of State Key Laboratory of Estuarine and Coastal Research‚ East China Normal University, Shanghai. Prof. Mei is interested in estuarine and coastal morphodynamical processes and coastal wetland ecological restoration. She has been the leader of 5 national or provincial projects and has served as core member of 4 national key research and development programs. She has published more than 40 research papers in international journals and proposed several suggestions for coastal disaster prevention and estuarine wetland restoration.
